Chinese Chef in Cameron

I haven't been back in a while

Me & my family went around 5 pm on a Friday and only few ppl there.We was very disappointed cuz they did not have hardly any food on the buffet and what food was there was nasty!!

Horrible. Sparse buffet, rudeness, overcooked, and tasteless. Don't bother stopping.

Food was beyond salty, tables were dirty. No cars were in the parking lot, that should have been the first clue.

Very little selection and the food was cold.

Strange place with sub standard food. Their fried rice is not what most people call fried rice. Only good thing about it is it's a buffet.

Spent $20 for just my wife and I and that was just only drinking water. Worst Chinese food we have ever eaten maybe worst restaurant ever. Nobody else ever came to eat on a Friday evening for dinner. We were the only fools. Stay away from Chinese Chef in Cameron, MO. stay far away?? The locals know it and tried to warn me. The only good things I can say is the water was cold and there were plenty of napkins.

I've had worse Chinese on one ocassion. edible but not very enjoyable. I got the feeling if food wasnt sold it went right back on the buffet the next day.

Visited 12/7/18 @ 6:15 pm.Luke warm/cold food (that should have been hot)Options were standard small Chinese spot, but quantities were extremely minimal for a buffet.Two stars instead if one because Staff was friendly, and establishment was clean. Not sure what the issue was on a Friday evening, but buffet for two (with two soft drinks) was $25, and the result was an upset stomach, and disappointment.

Overpriced, underseasoned, unfriendly, and we got overcharged $5! In short, the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. Would rate half a star if I could.

Worst food ever nothing was fresh, all old and cold and still had to pay full price. Don't ever waste your time here. Worst decision you will make.

i ate here earlier today. i applied here for work, but they never seem to have any openings. it's a small place anyway, staff-wise. they have steamed or fried mushrooms, which i really liked.

If you drive past and see the Springfield style cashew chicken sign and wonder if it's the real deal, the answer is YES! Food is great! Cashew chicken is true Springfield style. Wonderful portions and better yet they have a drive thru!

Went with my boyfriend yesterday right after they opened. Seriously the worst food we've ever had. It was so disgusting, it upset my stomach. The Sierra Mist tasted really syrupy as well. Won't make the mistake to come here again, serious waste of $26.

Food is average. You won't get sick from it.

Food is adequate the sweet and sour sauce resembled tomatoe soup, seems to be all prepackaged food that is overcooked and dry (chicken) and not very flavorful good side store was clean and neat very nice interior

This place was absolutely terrible. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out all day. It was definitely the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. Highly DO NOT recommend. Eat somewhere else.

The only thing i didn't like was they didn't have any variety of lomain, but everything else was great

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. Its Cameron's only buffet. Good Chinese food, and nice people. They wouldn't have made it this long in Cameron if it wasnt quality Chinese food.
